Quality Inn & Suites North Little Rock

Me and my mother stayed there for one night and the place was clean comfortable and I really enjoyed the stay coming from California to North Little Rock Arkansas to stay one night to compare the service from California to Arkansas . The service was excellent. I called the young lady on the phone she was very nice when I went there. The place was clean. They really did a good job. I was quick fast service. They really helped me the little small breakfast is average. You know what I mean in the morning, but it was able to put something on my mom and my stomach so that was cool and the price you can’t beat it $79 for one night stay for two beds. You can’t beat it man you know that’s if anybody understand a hotel you know so I will Stay with quality Inn. They definitely made the brand look really good so thank you so much and five stars in every area for myself.

I love this place it has smoking rooms only on the top floor to stop other rooms from reeking of smoke smell. The staff is on point and always friendly! The room for smoking room is actually decent I have stayed here off an on while traveling and I always come here while I’m in Little Rock. The only down side id say is the 50$ deposit but it’s reasonable and keeps the the riffraft out if you do cash deposit u get it back next day, if u use card for deposit it’s 5-7 business days to get back. But I love this place fr it’s been good staying with them

The rate for the room was very reasonable and affordable. The downside was only that the pool was still closed here which was why I initially booked a room at this location. The service was good. The breakfast could’ve been better and it’s a downside that they want you stay in the lobby area when you are eating breakfast. I like to go back to my room and be comfy and such and feel like a little child almost being forced to remain in the lobby while attending breakfast.

Mari spent over an hour helping me find a place that would let me reserve for a week with hinderences that were blocking me from being able to come due to company policies with swiping the debit card not having one right now and using cash since my wallet recently got stolen recently and it was after stores were closed to get in-person cash back. She couldn't find anywhere, but still her efforts were noticed. Nobody helps people for that long looking for other places or trying to talk to their supervisor. She went above and beyond and it meant a lot to me. Although I didn't get to stay there, I can say their weekly price was amazing and the customer service was exceptional.

The property ended up returning my deposit. That was the only issue I had and since that was resolved I've updated my review. The hotel and the staff were fine, but my deposit for incidentals was never returned to my credit card. I tried contacting the property through the booking company I used and never got a response.

The Lord Jesus wanted me to write this review to say thank you for all the things that you do for the community and having such a great room. Nice clean room plenty of space clean showers and the breakfast was very good and also the employees are wonderful. Safe and secure area.

We arrived around 9pm, we were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, instead decided to relax in the room a bit longer because it was just that comfortable. When we checked out we were assisted by another very friendly woman. We will definitely stay again anytime we're staying in the Little Rock area.

Amazing hostel with a great vibe! Super clean, comfy, and perfectly located. The front desk staff like (ish and Ray) were incredible — friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. Felt like home thanks to them. Highly recommend.
